Westside spacing eliminates this issue and provides you with the ability to accurately position your J-Hooks and Spotter Arms so that they are at the perfect height when performing movements such as bench press and squats. It also features an integrated multi-grip pull up bar so you can perform narrow, neutral and wide grip pull up and chin up variations as well as 8 plate pegs providing you with a plethora of plate storage meaning you don’t have to spend extra money on a storage tree or rack.
The fully lined multi position J-Hooks are constructed with thick polycarbonate plastic that protects your bar and it’s knurling. Also included are two safety spotter arms so you can perform movements such as rack pulls or rows directly out of the rack. These spotter arms will also allow you to safely train to failure with movements such as squats and bench press by yourself in the comfort of your own home.
