This very unique rack-mounted GHD attachment is a welcomed rendition of the already highly popular Glute Ham Raise Machine or Glute Ham Developer. If you’ve always wanted a GHD in your home gym but never had the space, look no further!

Have the full functionality and exercise selection of a GHD to feel the burn and develop your posterior chain. It also offers additional functionality compared to traditional GHDs as you are able to adjust the height as well as horizontal length of the ankle pads making it suitable for anybody. Lift with comfort knowing the thick and firm padding will support you during your movements.
