Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase you may return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. You will have to cover the costs of return postage

Returns

Customers who have received product(s) incorrectly or with a manufacturing fault, unless we (“Overload Fitness”) have specified another remedy, we will provide you with a full refund and cover the cost of return postage.

Conditions of a Return

All product(s) must be returned:

  • In their original, unused condition.
  • In all its original packaging and with all its original contents.

Lodging a Return

If you wish to lodge a return please email us at info@overloadfitness.com.au and provide your:

  • Invoice number AND if it is regarding a manufacturing fault or defect:
  • Description of the damage/defect to help us better understand issue
  • Include any necessary evidence (photos, videos etc) to show the damage/defect of the product(s)

Assessing the Return

We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours however depending on the issue our assessment may take longer.

Products that are returned to Overload Fitness will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted.

Unless the return concerns a manufacturing fault, items that do not satisfy the conditions of return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Refunds and Processing

Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reach your account.
